Vape pods are the latest thing to change the game of vaping herbal medicines or CBD. Vape pods are either designed for nicotine juice or for thick oils (which is what we're all about). Now that technology has caught up, these tiny, inexpensive vape oil pods are now widely available. They come in several different size "oil holes" which are 1, 1.5 and 2 millimeters respectively and are designed to match different oil thicknesses. The thicker the oil, the larger the hole must be, or the oil can't flow into the coil chamber fast enough and a burning / bad taste results. It's really important to match the thickness of the oil hole and that's where Farm to Vape Thinners come in.

Terpenes are aromatic molecules that give plants their smell. Cannabis for instance uses many different terpene combinations that produces strains that smell different from one another. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a healthy cannabinoid that is found in the cannabis and hemp plants but is also contained in black pepper and turmeric. CBD has been in the news lately for having many health benefits as we humans possess receptors in our brains for this, it's part of a system called the endocannabinoid system. One of the most efficient ways to get CBD into our bodies is through vaping. There is CBD isolate on the market now that is 99.9% pure, this substance is similar in appearance to table salt. One can mix a gram of CBD isolate with 3ml of Farm to Vape (FTV) and make a very potent CBD e juice at 250mg/ml. It's probably a better ratio to use 1/2 gram CBD isolate to 3ml of FTV making a 125mg/ml cbd vape mix.

We were frustrated with the wax vape pens on the market as they always leaked the wax out if they were not in an upright position. BHO or Butane Honey Oil or Butane Hash Oil as it is sometimes called is a cannabis extract that is legal in some states that make the extract in a closed loop system. This system type protects the environment as butane and hexane are considered greenhouse gasses. Butane by itself isn't toxic to humans but can displace oxygen and cause dizziness or even death by lack of oxygen. Butane is extremely flammable and can ignite from from any type of spark, even static electricity. Therefore we at Farm to Vape do not condone openly blasting butane to make BHO for the above reasons. Closed loops systems are much safer and don't hurt the environment and save you money in the long run. We will be describing the closed loop systems.

How to Make Cannabis E Liquid Cartridges (THC Vape Juice)

This article will explain how to turn a large amount of concentrate into e liquid using Farm to Vape.
First you need to mix a small test batch to dial in your concentrate and cartridge characteristics before mixing the big batch. Every concentrate is different; they were all extracted under different conditions and temperatures. We find frozen live resin extracts to be the highest quality as they contain less cellulose wax and lipids, and contain some terpenes that are lost in the drying and curing of the flower. Shatter and crumble work great too.
Tanks are made by different manufacturers with different oil hole sizes to compensate for different viscosities of vape oil and resistance (ohms) as well. These different variables make it difficult for us to say what is the best ratio for your concentrate and vape cartridge.
Once you have dialed in the ratio for your concentrate and tank style, you can make your large batch.
